French Chevre

Hi all!  I thought I would share some pictures from cheese making this week.



 The first cheese I seasoned with Herbs De Provence.The last one is our old time favorite seasoning for cheese and contains a mixture of garlic, onion, paprika, worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt.

  1. Looks uber tasty! I tried making the mozzarella from the book you lent me, but unfortunately, even with our just "pasteurized" milk it didn't work. I'll just have to wait till I get to Germany to make some of it, I guess! :D
